How to Make a Custom Monogram
If you watched my Beer Caddy project, I didn't show any of the detail behind the creation of the monogram and saying on the sides. In this video, I take you behind the scenes to show how my friend, Lauren Filipek, used her Cricut Explore Air 2 to make my custom appliques from vinyl. She customizes many different kinds of products with this method and it was fascinating to watch.

Custom Monogram Machine
Lauren has a Cricut Explore Air 2 that she purchased from Amazon (Go to http://amzn.to/2AjZhDB). She says it can be used to cut all kinds of flat material: vinyl, paper, leather, etc. You can also install pens to do precision drawing.
Vinyl is the most popular material she uses because it sticks well and is durable. She says they even make vinyl that can adhere to clothing!
The possibilities are endless.
