We strive to earn your trust in two ways:
- First, we don't make content to promote products we wouldn't buy ourselves.
- Second, we will always disclose whether we paid for a product or it was given to use for free.
We often obtain demo products from retailers or manufacturers (collectively, “advertisers”), either on loan, to keep, or to give away when we are done with them. We couldn't afford to buy all the products we demonstrate.
In addition, we prioritize our work queue based on revenue opportunities. That means, we may accept a sponsorship fee to meet an advertiser's promotional timeline objective. Sponsorship fees help defray our operating costs because we can't pay bills with free products. We will always disclose when a video is sponsored by an advertiser.
To minimize bias, we maintain 100% content control for sponsored videos. We disclose if content was provided or specified by a sponsor.
